<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">MOH+ Sport offers the latest in technical clothing, hiking and sports equipment, always handpicked from the best brands and suppliers. We want our customers to enjoy the mountains without having to worry about their gear.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">During the winter season, we focus on ski touring among other activities. We have extensive knowledge and a wide range of ski touring equipment both for sale and rental. In winter, we offer rentals for ski touring equipment, avalanche gear, backcountry skis, snowshoes, and sleds.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">During the summer season, we focus on hiking and cycling. Our bike partner is Specialized; we offer high end mountain bikes, both electric and analog, &nbsp;both for sale and rental.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">MOH+ is located in the heart of Hemsedal city centre (Tr&oslash;ym). We opened the store in 2016 on historic premises, and we are fortunate to have taken over from the legendary store Skandinavisk H&oslash;yfjellutsyr.</p>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">MOH+ wants to ensure that you, as a user, feel secure knowing that we protect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with the law.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Personal Information</strong></p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">To use the online booking service, you need to provide your name, address, phone number, and email. When registering an order, it is necessary to store information about the rental time and the type of equipment reserved/ordered. The service has a minimum age requirement of 18. Your order history is stored when using the service. These personal details are used to deliver the service to you. The personal information is kept for as long as you are registered as a user with us. The personal information we have registered is accessible and can be changed on your profile page. You can also contact us and request the removal of your personal information or to be deregistered from our systems. In that case, you will no longer be able to use the service unless you register again.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Third-Party Personal Information Sharing</strong></p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">MOH+ will not sell, trade, or disclose your personal information. The online booking is managed through a system provided by <a style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" href="https://sharefox.no" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sharefox</a> fra <a style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;" href="https://sharefox.no" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Tooler AS</a>.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Payment Information</strong></p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">When you place an order, your card information is stored with the payment provider DIBS to fulfill your order. DIBS stores the information securely and is PCI certified. This allows us to handle order changes, release of reservations such as deposits, crediting, additional costs incurred by the user (due to late return, damage, or similar), as well as reduce misuse and loss. Transaction details related to your order are stored, but not your card information. Transaction details will be stored for as long as you are registered as a user of the service, as mentioned in the section on personal information.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Use of Collected Information</strong></p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The personal information collected for these purposes includes both information provided by you (name, email address, etc.) and information collected through the use of the service, such as the equipment you rent and information about your location and technical information about your device and internet connection. The personal information may be supplemented with available information from third-party providers.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><strong>Cookies</strong></p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">When you visit our website, we use various technologies to recognize you as a user and collect data. We use, for example, cookies to remember rental dates and equipment. Cookies facilitate the use of the service and provide you with relevant information when you visit our website. They are also used to store data such as available rental dates, prices and similar.</p>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Through server logs and other tools, we may record information about the device and connection to our service, including operating system, browser version, IP address, cookies, and unique identification files. This information is used in anonymous and aggregated statistics but can also be linked to your user account. The information allows us, among other things, to customize the display of our service to the device you are using.</p>

<h1 style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT</h1>
<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Please note that by booking any equipment with us you agree with the terms below. Therefore we advice you to read through all these terms, so that you have understood them before proceeding with your booking with MOH+ (SG Handel og Utvikling AS)</p>
<ol>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The rental period applies for the date(s) stipulated in booking.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The rental period for our equipment is based on day(s); 1 day corresponds to our regular opening times i.e. 9-17 monday to saturday and 11-17 on sunday most of the year, though these times may change depending on season.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Please contact us or check our homepage for up to date opening times.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">It is the customers responsibility to check the confirmation and make sure that the rental period is correct. The booking is binding for both MOH+ and the customer as soon as MOH+ has confirmed the booking with a reservation number, and the rental is paid.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Full payment of the rental cost is required before using the equipment.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The rental customer is responsible for all equipment. It is recommended that the customer checks that all equipment is in expected condition at the beginning of the rental.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">MOH+ cannot guarantee that equipment in different size than ordered is available.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Any problems with the equipment functionality must be reported immediately to MOH+ by e-mail or phone.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The rental and all use of the equipment is at the customers own risk and responsibility and the customer bears full responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur during the rental period. The customer is also responsible for any other person who he/she allows to use the equipment.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">MOH+ (SG Handel og Utvikling AS) assumes no financial responsibility for loss, damage or injury to persons, property, animals and nature or the like, that may arise through use of the rented equipment.<br />If the terms are breached by the customer, MOH+ may claim the equipment returned immediately, without a refund of the rental amount.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">The customer is expected to return the equipment in the same condition as it was at delivery.</li>
<li>Any damages shall be compensated as required by MOH+:<br />
<ol>
<li>Minor damage: 300 nok</li>
<li>Major damage: 900 nok</li>
<li>Lost and destroyed equipment must be compensated with our wholesale price + VAT.</li>
</ol>

<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Cancellation of booking must be done in writing, via mail to: booking@moh.no. For booking canceled no later than 7 days before rental start, the paid amount will be paid back in full.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">For cancellation 3-6 days before booking MOH+ will keep 50% and for cancellation 0-2 days before MOH+ will keep 100% of the paid amount.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">If you wish to return rentals before the day indicated on booking, you will not receive refund of the rental costs.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">If you wish to return rentals later than indicated on booking, you must contact us in advance and check if the equipment is available. MOH+ cannot guarantee that you will be able to extend the rental period. If we  confirm the change you need to pay the rental fees for the additional day(s) according to our regular pricelist.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Payment is made via Visa or Mastercard cards online via our payment service provider DIBS, which meets the strictest security requirements. The customer pays at the time of booking and then the rental agreement is entered into.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">MOH+ follows standard rental practices and also reserves a deposit amount as stated on the order confirmation upon booking. Reservation ensures that the customer does not return the equipment too late, damage the equipment or does not deliver at all. Deposit size varies depending on selected equipment and is stated in your order confirmation. MOH+ has the right to use the deposit to cover rent as well as other costs as mentioned above and/or possible recourse requirements.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">All prices are inclusive VAT. The total cost of the purchase will appear before the order is placed and includes all expenses related to rent or purchase.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Any payment fees incurred on payment are paid by the guest. MOH+ shall receive the agreed price in the specified currency in the order confirmation.</li>

<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;"><em>MOH+ reserves the right to correct misprints, errors in information as well as changing the terms without notice. We also reserve the right to adjust any price errors before and after the order is processed.</em></p>

If you have chosen home delivery, you will have the equipment delivered before your rental period begins and picked up after your rental period has ended.
