<p style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">N&aring;r du bestiller lagres kortinformasjonen din hos betalingsleverand&oslash;ren DIBS for &aring; ivareta din ordre. DIBS oppbevarer informasjonen p&aring; en sikker og forsvarlig m&aring;te og er PCI sertifisert. Dette gj&oslash;r at vi kan h&aring;ndtere endring av ordre, oppheving av reservasjon slik som depositum, kreditering, ytterligere p&aring;l&oslash;pte kostnader fra brukeren (ved for sen innlevering, skade eller lignende), samt redusere misbruk og svinn. <li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Leieperioden for v&aring;rt utstyr baseres p&aring; dager; 1 dag tilsvarer v&aring;re vanlige &aring;pningstider, det vil si 9-17 mandag til l&oslash;rdag og 11-17 p&aring; s&oslash;ndager det meste av &aring;ret, selv om disse tidene kan endres avhengig av sesong. Vennligst kontakt oss eller sjekk hjemmesiden v&aring;r for oppdaterte &aring;pningstider.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Det er kundens ansvar &aring; sjekke bekreftelsen og forsikre seg om at leieperioden er korrekt. Bestillingen er bindende for b&aring;de MOH+ og kunden s&aring; snart MOH+ har bekreftet bestillingen med et reservasjonsnummer, og leien er betalt.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Full betaling av leiekostnaden kreves f&oslash;r utstyret brukes.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Leiekunden er ansvarlig for alt utstyr. Det anbefales at kunden sjekker at alt utstyr er i forventet stand ved begynnelsen av leieperioden.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">MOH+ kan ikke garantere at utstyr i en annen st&oslash;rrelse enn bestilt er tilgjengelig.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Eventuelle problemer med utstyrets funksjonalitet m&aring; umiddelbart rapporteres til MOH+ per e-post eller telefon.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Leien og all bruk av utstyret skjer p&aring; kundens eget ansvar, og kunden b&aelig;rer fullt ansvar for eventuell tap eller skade som kan oppst&aring; i l&oslash;pet av leieperioden. Kunden er ogs&aring; ansvarlig for enhver annen person som han/hun tillater &aring; bruke utstyret.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">MOH+ (SG Handel og Utvikling AS) p&aring;tar seg ingen &oslash;konomisk ansvar for tap, skade eller skade p&aring; personer, eiendom, dyr og natur eller lignende som kan oppst&aring; ved bruk av leid utstyr.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Hvis kunden bryter vilk&aring;rene, kan MOH+ kreve at utstyret returneres umiddelbart, uten refusjon av leiebel&oslash;pet.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Det er forventet at kunden returnerer utstyret i samme stand som det var i ved levering.</li>

<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Avbestilling av bestillingen m&aring; gj&oslash;res skriftlig, via e-post til: booking@moh.no. For avbestilling senest 7 dager f&oslash;r leieperiodens start, vil det betalte bel&oslash;pet bli refundert i sin helhet.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">For avbestilling 3-6 dager f&oslash;r leie vil MOH+ beholde 50%. For avbestilling 0-2 dager f&oslash;r vil MOH+ beholde 100% av det betalte bel&oslash;pet.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Hvis du &oslash;nsker &aring; returnere utstyret f&oslash;r leieperioden er over, vil du ikke motta refusjon av leiekostnadene.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Hvis du &oslash;nsker &aring; returnere utstyret senere enn angitt i bestillingen, m&aring; du kontakte oss i forkant og sjekke om utstyret er tilgjengelig. MOH+ kan ikke garantere at du kan forlenge leieperioden. Hvis vi bekrefter endringen, m&aring; du betale leieavgiften for de ekstra dagene i henhold til v&aring;r vanlige prisliste.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Betaling skjer via Visa eller Mastercard-kort online via v&aring;r betalingstjenesteleverand&oslash;r DIBS, som oppfyller de strengeste sikkerhetskravene. Kunden betaler ved bestillingstidspunktet, og deretter inng&aring;s leieavtalen.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">MOH+ f&oslash;lger standard leiepraksis og reserverer ogs&aring; et depositum som angitt p&aring; ordrebekreftelsen ved bestilling.&nbsp;Reservasjonen sikrer at kunden ikke returnerer utstyret for sent, skader utstyret eller ikke returnerer det i det hele tatt. Depositumets st&oslash;rrelse varierer avhengig av valgt utstyr og er oppgitt i ordrebekreftelsen din. MOH+ har rett til &aring; bruke depositumet til &aring; dekke leie samt andre kostnader nevnt ovenfor og/eller eventuelle krav om regress.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Alle priser er inkludert moms. Den totale kostnaden for kj&oslash;pet vises f&oslash;r bestillingen legges inn og inkluderer alle utgifter knyttet til leie eller kj&oslash;p.</li>
<li style="font-family: inherit; color: inherit;">Eventuelle betalingsgebyrer som p&aring;l&oslash;per ved betaling, betales av gjesten. MOH+ skal motta avtalt pris i angitt valuta i ordrebekreftelsen.</li>
